New board team at Double Ultra Triathlon e.V.
The Double Ultra Triathlon Emsdetten 2012 e.V. (DUT) has a new management team. “Some of the previous board members had indicated that they would be willing to hand over their functions to a new team, partly for professional or family reasons,” it said in a statement.
The elections therefore resulted in some changes at the annual general meeting. The previous deputy Oliver Heidotting was elected as the new chairman. He has been a permanent member of the Double Ultra Triathlon (DUT) Germany organizing team since 2012.
Dirk Terhorst, who has also been active in organizing the Double Ultra Triathlon for many years, was elected deputy chairman. The old and new cashier is Paul Venker. He will take office again for two years. With him, the club also retains an important support, especially in the area of implementation and sponsorship of the DUT.
Birgit Heukamp as first secretary and Verena Lüttkemöller as second secretary received the trust as further board members. Both have also been members of the association for many years and are actively involved in the planning and implementation of the DUT.
The new chairman thanked the former board members for their work and commitment, especially Dirk Magnus for his years of outstanding work on the club’s board and as organizational manager of the DUT in Emsdetten.
