We are proud to announce that the next Double Ultra Triathlon (DUT) in Emsdetten in 2025 will also be the world championship for the double long distance triathlon.
This is the first time that a World Championship will be held over this route in Germany!
That means: 7.6 km swimming, 360 km cycling and 84.4 km running at the highest level.
With the positive experience from the last five DUT events in Emsdetten, the International Ultra Triathlon Association (IUTA) has now accepted our application for the DUT World Championships 2025. The IUTA knows that an experienced, committed and highly motivated team, reliable sponsors and the sports city of Emsdetten will support this international event all the way.
Multiple world records have shown that our route is world-class. Now we are expecting the absolute elite of ultra triathletes in Emsdetten. 64 starting places will be filled quickly.
